Udruga je na sjednici održanoj 15. listopada 2008. godine izabrala hrvatske nacionalne izvjestitelje za 18. međunarodni kongres poredbenog prava u Washingtonu D.C. koji će se održati od 25. do 31. srpnja 2010. godine:

Od 13. do 15. studenoga Udrugu predstavljaju izvjestitelji za tri teme na međukongresu Međunarodne akademije za usporedno pravo pod nazivom “The Impact of Uniform Law in National Law: Limits and Possibilities” u Mexico Cityju. Teme i izvjestitelji su:

Udruga je tijekom 2005. i 2006. godine uspješno organizirala sudjelovanje hrvatskih pravnih stručnjaka na 17. kongresu Međunarodne akademije za usporedno pravo koji se održavao u Utrechtu u Nizozemskoj od 16. do 22. srpnja 2006. godine.
